Company Policy: Publishing and Promoting Agency Work

 

1. Ownership

1.1 Without exception, all work produced by teams or individuals within the Agency is either owned by the Agency and/or by the Client; which includes all final works, concept works, works that have not moved forward to market, or that have been rejected by the Client or Agency.

2. Promoting

2.1 Only work that is commercially live and that has been firstly published by the client and secondly by the agency can be promoted.
2.2 Published work can be promoted 3 (three) months after the work has been officially published on the Agency's website as an official case study.
2.3 As a general rule if the commercial work or concept is not presented on the Agency's website then it should not be displayed or made public anywhere.
2.4 You are not permitted to publish the full case studies, only three images can be presented from the overall official case study.
2.5 Editing, adding or adjusting the official case study images and content is forbidden
2.6 Written text must not be copied from the Agency's website.

3. Crediting

3.1 You must always, without exception, give full credit to the Agency for the work. The following crediting text should accompanied with each published work:

3.2 You must always, without exception, include a URL link to the agency website: www.packlab.co
3.3 Behance, Instagram, Facebook are all acceptable mediums to present this work included personal printed or screen PDF portfolios for interviews.
3.4 Public websites, personal web pages or other public digital forms of promotion are forbidden.
3.5 Founders, Senior Partners, Management, Staff and Freelancers, past and present will all adhere to these same terms and conditions.

Thank you for your cooperation. These rules are in place to protect you and the agency from legal disputes with Clients. This also protects your fellow colleague's integrity and gives them the deserved credit.
